Hire Information...

Our full terms and conditions are listed both on the back of our hire agreement that is signed on collection of any equipment hired, as well as on the terms and conditions page in the additional information section on this website. Please contact us prior to your hire should you wish to see these before you collect your equipment.

Booking Fee...

A booking fee of 25% of the hire fee is payable within 3 days of placing the order for the hire (payable by debit card, credit card, cash or business cheque). The booking fee is only refundable if a hire is cancelled up to 7 days prior to the hire start date.

Deposit...

Each hire, regardless of the number of items hire, is subject to a £100 deposit, payable on the day of the hire. Exceptions to this is hire equipment that has a separate deposit amount listed next to it on our hire guide (PDF). In these cases, the deposit fee applied to that hire will be the amount listed. All deposits are in addition to the total hire fee. Deposits are returned / refunded after all equipment hired has been checked and assessed upon return, in accordance with our current terms and conditions.

Payment & Hire Fee...

Hire fee payment is payable on collection of the hire, in addition to the deposit. As formed of payment, we accept debit card, credit card, cash or business cheque. We do not accept personal cheques as a form of payment.

Hire Period & Collection / Return Times...

Our 1 day hire period runs from 12 noon of one day to 12 noon of the following day. Unless previously arranged with us, hires are available for collection between the hours of 12 noon and 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm on Saturday. Unless previously arranged, hires should be returned to us between the hours of 9am and 12 noon Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Proof of identity...

Upon collection of hire equipment, we require you to bring two forms of ID to prove your identity and address. One to proove address and the other to prove signature.

Proving address: We accept the following forms of ID - Bank statement, credit card statement, council tax bill, utility bill (gas or electric)

Proving signature: We accept the following forms of IF - Passport, driving license, credit card, debit card.

Equipment insurance...

Unless one of our operators / engineers is supplied (at an additional cost to the hire) to accompany and operate the hire equipment, you, the hirer will be personally responsible for insuring any equipment hired.

Public Liability Insurance...

Public liability insurance is not provided with any hire unless it is accompanied by one of our operators / enginners (at an additional cost).
