the item.

you request otherwise), and you should keep hold of this
for guarantee purposes.
Raw Power does not disclose buyers information to third parties.
Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep
track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have
selected an item.
CARDS ACCEPTED & PAYMENT DETAILS
We accept credit and debit card payment via Visa, Mastercard,
Switch, Delta (Visa Debit), Electron and Solo. We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered
items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax,
post, email or of course through our secure online catalogue.
If you send your card details via email, please be aware
that they will not be encrypted, and that it will be at
your own risk.
Payment for your order is not processed 'automatically'
as soon as your order is placed. We process the payments
manually via World Pay (www.worldpay.co.uk) or via HSBC
card processing machine. This ensures that you do not get
charged incorrectly should any fault arise with the ordering
system, or if an item is out of stock. All orders are subject
to security checks before despatch.
We can also accept cheques (personal or business) before
delivery. Please note that any cheques will need to clear
before goods can be dispatched (this usually takes around
a week). Cheques need to be made payable to Raw Power Pro
Sound Ltd, and sent to the address as stated on this website.
Alternatively you may also make a direct payment into our
bank account to pay for an item. Please contact us for further
details if you wish to do this. Items paid for in this way
will be despatched as soon as the funds show as being cleared
in our account.
We also offer finance facilities at our showroom in Lincoln.
Should you wish to pay in this way, please bring with you
your bank account details, a credit card (if you have one),
your UK Driving Licence or Passport, and a utility bill
showing your current name and address details.
All purchases are processed in Pounds Sterling.
SHIPPING
Shipping Costs are automatically calculated as you process your order, and they are based on the total weight of your order, and will be shown when you go into the Shopping Cart.
We use 'Interlink Express' for all of our UK & European deliveries over 1kg. Deliveries under 1kg for the UK are sent by first class mail.
PLEASE NOTE!! - If you are placing an order from either 'Offshore UK Islands' (eg Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc) or from a non European Union country, please ensure you choose the correct location when you are asked by our ordering system to ensure the correct amount of shipping costs are applied.

OFFSHORE UK ORDERS & NON EU COUNTRY ORDERS
If you are placing an order from either 'Offshore UK Islands' (eg
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of
Wight etc) or from a non European Union country, please
call us or email us to place your order, so we can work
out your carriage charge correctly.
BACK ORDERS
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be emailed
or phoned to check whether you would like us to place the
item on back order for you. If you do not wish to wait,
we will simply cancel that part of the order for you. If
you are looking for something that you cannot find on our
site, please let us know and we will try and find it for
you. As new items become available, we will add them to
this site.
VAT
On all orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT
is added.
SECURITY
All credit card transaction details are encrypted using Actinic's
built in 256 bit encryption technology which is unbreakable.
This exceeds current SSL and browser technology, which runs
at 40 bit in the UK and 128 bit in the USA. Unlike SSL,
the credit card details are not decrypted once they reach
the Host server. The card details can only be decrypted
by our Actinic software once we have dowloaded your order
onto our computer. They are not held in clear text on any
website. This gives end to end security and there has been
no known record of this system failing. To find out more

ORDERING
On receipt of your order we will e-mail or telephone you personally
to confirm your order and advise you of a delivery date.
Your card will not be charged until your goods are ready to be
shipped. However if you have ordered something that we do
not have in stock and need to order ourselves, we may take
payment as soon as we order the item for you. You will be
contacted if this is the case.
We aim to despatch orders on the same day that the order is received
(up to 2pm for items over 1kg, and up to 5pm for smaller
items, such as CDs). Items that are ordered after 5pm will
be processed the next working day (excluding Wednesday)
GUARANTEES/TERMS & CONDITIONS
All new electronic equipment available on this website is covered
by the manufacturers standard 1 year guarantee. Some manufacturers
offer a longer guarantee (eg 1 year full guarantee and 2
years parts), so please check the guarantee card that comes
with the product for further details, and remember to send
the guarantee card back if it gives you the option to do
so.
Second hand items are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from day
of purchase. We try to ensure that all our second hand items
are in good working order at the time of sale, however,
should you encounter any problems please contact us immediately
and we will do our best to resolve the matter for you.
If you have any problems with an item purchased from our
website, please inform us immediately by telephone, on 01522
529786 which is available from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to
Friday (excluding Wednesdays 9.30am to 5.30pm), or Saturdays
from 10am to 5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays. Alternatively
e-mail us at sales@rawpower.co.uk
so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
If you find that the goods are faulty or damaged in any
way, please contact us within 7 days of the order being
despatched and we will do our best to ensure that we either
ship a replacement item to you or arrange for the item to
be fixed (this is at the manufacturers discresion, and the
final decision as to how the matter is resolved lies with
them).
If on delivery, you realise that the item is not what you wanted,
you will be responsible for returning the item back to us.
We can arrange shipping back to us for you, however this
will be charged extra at the standard Interlink shipping rates.
Should you decline to accept your order on delivery from
the courier, this will also incur a charge (details upon
request). Unwanted items returned to us are subject to a
15% re-stocking charge, which will be deducted from your
refund, along with any carriage charges that have incurred.
Items must be returned to us with all original packaging
and within 7 days of the item being despatched. Please ensure
they are packed well to avoid damage to the item. Any unwanted
items that are returned to us, must not be damaged in any
way.
Crossfaders, faders, lamps/bulbs and stylus are not covered under any
part of the manufacturers guarante.
Please note, we cannot accept returns of CD's, DVD's, or any form of karaoke disc, unless the disc is proved to be faulty.
