INFORMATION FOR EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

As well as providing equipment and advice to the sound and lighting trade, and to musicians; over the years we have also built up a strong working relationship with educational establishments around the UK.

We are a registered vendor with Lincolnshire County Council, and have provided equipment and carried out numerous installations of equipment such as sound equipment for school halls, induction loop systems, musical equipment and much more.

Should you wish to purchase any item/s from us, we require either payment upfront, or if it is easier, a copy of an official Purchase Order from the organisation you represent (County Council, City Council, School, University, College etc.) and then we can release goods with an invoice. 

Any Purchase Order sent to us, requires the following information:

• Contact Name of the person making the order, or the person responsible for receiving it
• Full address and telephone number of the establishment.
• A list of each item you require, as they are listed on our website, including the amount you require of each item
• A Purchase Order number

Orders can also be placed through the website, but please ensure to send a copy of the purchase order separately if we are sending the goods before payment is received.

When we despatch the goods to you, we will send a copy of the invoice with the purchase order number listed on the invoice for your records.

It is important to remember that most educational establishments do not have to pay V.A.T (at 17.5% currently), or can claim the VAT back. Our prices listed on the website INCLUDE VAT, so in order to get your price, simply deduct 17.5% from each item, or call us and we will work it out for you.

We also provide an 'installation' service. Each school or college has individual needs and requirements, so we make a point of visiting each school that we are invited to install at, in order to get a feel of the room, the requirements, and to meet the staff involved and discuss budget requirements. Following this visit, we will provide you with a full written quotation in either letter or email form, and should you decide to use our services for your installation, we always try to work around any activities going on in school, such as assemblies, lunchtimes, etc, as we understand that school halls for example are needed at various points in the day.
