in our Online Store is as close as possible to the original,
but may not be exact. We endeavour to ensure that all listings
on the website are correct, mistakes can happen and manufacturers
may list things incorrectly on their own websites (that we
take the information from), we always try to rectify these
mistakes as soon as possible.
All prices quoted in the online store are
inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A full VAT receipt
will be sent with each order (unless you request otherwise),
and this receipt should be kept safe for guarantee purposes.
All special offers and sale items are subject
to stock availability, and are subject to change at any time.
The prices listed in the Online Store are
solely for people purchasing items from the online store.
We cannot match these prices in our showroom in Lincoln.
The title of goods purchased remains with
Raw Power Pro Sound Ltd until full payment is received and
cleared for the item.
Raw Power Pro Sound Ltd may revise these
terms and conditions at any time. Customers are advised to
check these terms and conditions from time to time. Ordering
from the Raw Power Pro Sound Ltd website ( www.rawpower.co.uk )
constitures your acceptance of these terms and conditions,
including any recent changes, whether or not you chose to
review these changes.
PRIVACY POLICY
Raw Power Pro Sound Ltd does not disclose
buyers information to any third party. Cookies are used on
this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents
of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
CARDS ACCEPTED & PAYMENT DETAILS
We accept credit and debit card payment
via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (which was Switch), Visa Debit,
Solo and Electron. We do not charge for any item until it
is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until
they are ready to be shipped (unless it is an item over £250.00
when we may require a deposit - details upon request). You
may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post,
email or of course through our secure online catalogue. If
you send your card details via email, please be aware that
they will not be encrypted, and that it will be at your own
risk.
Payment for your order is not processed
'automatically' as soon as your order is placed through the
website. We process all payment manually via World Pay
( www.worldpay.co.uk )
or via our instore card processing terminal. This ensures that
you do not get charged incorrectly should any fault arise with
the ordering system, or if an item is out of stock/unavailable.
All orders are subject to security checks before despatch. Any
orders that fail our security checks - monies will be refunded
in full to the card details provided, we will not ship the order,
and you will be informed via email or telephone of the situation.
These stringest checks are in place to minimalise fraudulent
orders and credit card fraud. Payment for each order, up
to and including £250.00 is processed via World Pay (to
validate the purchase), for orders over the value of £250.00
the remaining sum will be processed either via World Pay or via
our instore card processing terminal.
Central government, local government organisations
and educational establishments (schools, colleges of further
education and universities) can arrange for official purchase
orders to be sent to us via fax (01522 569486), post (see
our address on the main homepage) or via PDF/Word document
attached to an email. This would enable goods to be sent
out upon receipt of the official purchase order. All goods
required need to be listed individually on the 'purchase
order' along with a contact name and telephone number.
We can also accept cheques (personal or
business) before delivery. Please note that all cheques will
need to clear before goods can be despatched (this usually
takes around one week). Cheques need to be made payable to
Raw Power Pro Sound Ltd and sent to the address as stated
at the bottom of the homepage. All personal cheques require
the cheque guarantee card information written on the back
of the cheque, along with your address and contact telephone
number.
Alternatively, you may make a direct payment
into our bank account to pay for an item. Please contact
us for further details if you wish to do this. Items paid
for in this way will be despatched as soon as the fund show
as being cleared in our account.
We also offer finance facilities at our
showroom in Lincoln. Should you wish to pay in this way,
please bring with you your bank account details, a credit/debit
card (if you have one), your Driving Licence or Passport,
and a utility bill (dated within the last 2 months) showing
your current name and address details.
All purchases are processed in Pounds Sterling.
SHIPPING / CARRIAGE / POSTAGE
Shipping costs are automatically calculated
as you process your order, and they are based in the total
weight of your order, and will be shown when you go into
the Shopping Cart area of the online store.
We use 'Interlink Express' couriers for
all of our UK and European deliveries over 1kg. Deliveries
under 1kg for the UK are sent by first class post.
PLEASE NOTE! - If you are
placing an order from either 'Offshore UK Island' (eg Northern
Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc)
or from a Mainland European country, please ensure you choose
the correct location when you are asked by our ordering system
to ensure the correct amount of shipping costs are applied.

Pre-Noon deliveries are available in Mainland
UK (excl Scottish Highlands) only. These are at a higher
cost that normal delivery charges, and this option can be
specified in the shipping section of the shopping cart.
Saturday deliveries are availalble upon
request. Prices available upon request.
If you live outside the EU or your
country is not listed in the 'Country List' on the shipping
section of the shopping cart, please call or email us to
place your order, so we can work out your carriage charge
correctly.
BACK ORDERS
If an item you have ordered is not in stock,
you will be emailed or phoned to check whether you would
like us to place the item on back order for you. If you do
not wish to wait, we will simply cancel that part of the
order for you. If you are looking for something that you
cannot find on our site, please let us know and we will try
to source it for you. As new items become available, we will
add them to this site, both in the regular part of the online
store, and in a section called 'New Items In Stock' which
can be found here: http://www.rawpower.co.uk/acatalog/New_Items_in_Stock.html
VAT
On all orders made from the UK or the European
Union, 17.5% VAT is added. This is included in the price
of items listed on the website, unless otherwise stated.
SECURITY
Our site utilises a 128-bit SSL, which stands for Secure Sockets Layer.
SSLs adjust the standard Hypertext Protocol (http) by encrypting all data transfers.
This means that when you enter your personal information on the checkout
pages, all the data is encrypted. As well as this, there is Actinic (the catalogue
software we use) encryption, whereby data cannot be decrypted until it reaches
our computer system.
Browsers will display the golden padlock
to indicate that you are in a secure area. You can click
on this golden padlock to retrieve information about the
certificate. It also contains all details regarding the Certification
Authority responsible for the issuance of the certificate.
ORDERING
On receipt of your order (on a working day,
during opening hours), we will e-mail or telephone you personally
to confirm your order and advise you of a delivery date. So
please ensure the telephone number and email address you
give us are ones we can reach you on during the daytime.
Your card will not be charged until your
goods are ready to be shipped. Howevver, if you have ordered
something that we do not have in stock and need to order
ourselves, we may take full payment or part payment as soon
as have have ordered the item for you. You will be contacted
beforehand if this is the case.
We aim to despatch order on the same day
that the order us received (up to 2pm for items over 1kg,
and up to 4pm for smaller items such as CDs). Items that
are ordered after 4pm will be processed the next working
day. Orders are processed on 'working days' only, so if for
example you order from us at 5pm on a Friday, your order
will not be processed until the Monday, and your order should
be with you on the Tuesday. Whilst we endeavour to despatch
all items the same working day (and we normally do),
there are occasions when we may be unable to do this. Also,
circumstances such as courier problems or postal strikes
may mean we could not get your order to you the following
day. If there is such a problem, we will of course let you
know as soon as possible. This is why our delivery services
is listed as 'usually' next working day. If your order is
urgent, and you definitely need it the next working day,
please call us to let us know during opening hours and we
will be able to give you a definitive answer then.
GUARANTEES / TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All new electronics equipment available
on this website is covered by the manufacturers standard
1 year guarantee. Some manufacturers offer a longer guarantee
(eg 1 year full guarantee and 2 years parts), so please check
the guarantee card that comes with the product for further
details, and remember to send the guarantee card back or
register the product online if it gives you the option to
do so.
Second hand items are guaranteed for a period
of 30 days from date of purchase. We try to ensure that all
out secondhand items are in good working order at the time
of sale, however, should you encounter any problems, please
contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve
the matter for you.
If you have any problems with an item purchased
from us, please inform us immediately by telephone on 01522
529786 between the hours of:
9am to 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday,
9am to 9pm on Thursdays
9am to 5pm on Saturdays
We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Alternatively, e-mail

that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If
you find that the goods are faulty or damaged in any way, please
contact us within 7 days of the order being despatched and we
will do our best to ensure that we either ship a replacement
item to you or arrange for the item to be fixed (this is at the
manufacturers discretion, and the final decision as to how the
matter is resolved lies with them).
If on delivery, you realise that the item
is not what you wanted, you will be responsible for returning
the item back to us. We can arrange return shipping for you,
however this will be charged extra, at the standard Interlink
Express shipping rates. Should you decline to accept your
order on delivery from the courier, this will also incur
a charge (details available upon request). Unwanted items
returned to us are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge, which
will be deducted from your refund, along with any carriage
charges that have incurred. Items must be returned to us
with all original packaging and within 7 days of the items
being despatched. Please ensure they are packed well to avoid
damage to the item. Any unwanted items that are returned
to us, must not be damaged in any way.
Crossfaders, faders, lamps/bulbs and stylus
are not covered under any part of the manufacturers warranty.
Please note, we cannot accept returns of
CD's, DVD's or any form of karaoke disc unless the disc be
proved to be faulty.
These terms and conditions do not affect
your statutory rights.
